BCC presents procedure on media accreditation for the 2018 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Baku City Circuit Operations Company (BCC) organized a seminar for local media representatives on accreditation process for Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix to be held in Baku on 27-29 April.

During the seminar at Hilton Hotel, participants were informed about media accreditation procedure in details and other issues related to the upcoming race, in particular possible changes in the 2018 season’s championship.

Moreover, journalists, who successfully completed practical training program – “Drive the story-2” on 13-14 December were awarded with certificates.

BCC’s Press Operations Manager Ayan Aghayeva spoke about race preparations: “We are delighted that Azerbaijan GP was chosen the race of the year by the leading media outlets that cover Formula 1 race and we are working hard to make this success a tradition.

Organizing the race at the highest level is as crucial as presenting it to all Formula 1 fans in the most interesting way. You have a great deal of work on this issue and you have already succeeded in that.

But we want sustainable development. We are doing our best to help local media representatives become the most advanced professionals in this field that is quite new in Azerbaijan.

Application deadline for the 2018 Formula 1 Grand Prix accreditation is January 31, 2018.
