Tickets of sector "B" of the Absheron grandstand are completely sold out

FORMULA 1 AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX

This is the second grandstand, after the Filarmoniya, where all tickets are sold out.

All tickets of the "B" sector of the Absheron grandstand of the 2023 Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, which will take place in the capital on April 28-30, have been sold.

According to the Baku City Circuit Operations Company (BCC), the Formula 1 race, which will be held for the seventh time in our country, attracts the interest of both local and foreign citizens.

Sabri Gulmaliyev, the head of the Sales and Commercial Department of the BCC, has linked the recent significant increase in ticket sales to the great interest of the audience in the Baku race: "This year, we are observing a greater interest in the race at the international level, with 2023 boasting the highest increase in the number of foreign fans planning on attending the event. This is why sales have already reached a record high compared to previous years.

Undoubtedly, the fact that the Baku City Circuit is one of the fastest street circuits and is hosting its first sprint race this year, has had a significant impact.

I am sure Baku will once again be the ‘fan-favorite’ race of the season so I urge all fans not to miss out on the opportunity to secure their tickets before they sell out."

Being one of the fans' favorite grandstands, Absheron, is the biggest grandstand of the Baku track. According to BCC, tickets for this year's Azerbaijan Grand Prix are being purchased from nearly 100 countries most notably Azerbaijan, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Argentina, India, the United States of America, and Mexico.

Great Britain, Azerbaijan and the Netherlands are in the top three in terms of ticket purchases.

It should be noted that this year the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will welcome speed lovers with a Sprint race in the capital city of Baku for the first time. Those who want to experience the excitement of a unique race can purchase tickets from the official website of the Baku City Circuit Operations Company (BCC) (www.bakucitycircuit.com) or from the sales points of our city:
