Bulent Ozerdim, BCC’s Head of Commercial, also announced that the majority of tickets for the next Azerbaijan Grand Prix have already been sold: “52 countries have contributed to the ticket sales so far and, overall, about 70% of tickets have been sold. 78% of ticketholders are from foreign countries.
There is a sharp increase in the number of ticketholders from Western European countries, with Great Britain topping the list, compared to previous years.
The sales rate of tickets is also 10% higher than it was at the same period last year and it is expected to increase even more once the line up for the main evening concert entertainment programme are announced”.
Tickets are still on sale for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2019 with a 25% discount on tickets for local citizens – which includes every citizen of Azerbaijan possessing a valid ID card and foreign citizens with temporary residence permit.
