As part of the BCC Academy program, a panel discussion on “Future Careers: How to Stay Relevant, Prepared, and In-Demand” was organized. The event focused on youth development, employment opportunities, and future career prospects.
The panel speakers — Aytan Babayeva, General Director of Worley; Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, Vice President for the Caspian Region at BP; and Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of AZPROMO — shared their experiences with the volunteers. They provided career development advice and also answered the questions of young participants.
It should be noted that volunteer registration for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2025 has concluded with a record figure. In just 48 hours, more than 31,000 applications were received. Nearly 2,000 volunteers will take part in the race.
As part of its commitment to supporting volunteer development, BCC Academy regularly organizes various trainings and panel discussions. The main goal of these initiatives is to prepare young people for their future careers, enhance their professional skills, and create opportunities for them to become more competitive in the labor market.
