Sabri Gulmaliyev, the Head of the Sales and Commercial Department at Baku City Circuit Operations Company (BCC), said that currently there is a huge interest in purchasing tickets by international fans: “According to the latest numbers, fans from the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Georgia are in the top three respectively. So far, fans are mostly buying 4-day grandstand tickets. We think that the Sprint race, which will be held for the first time in Baku, has also positively impacted ticket sales."
Currently, tickets are being purchased from up to 90 countries, with fans from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Austria, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Argentina, India, the United States of America, and Mexico.
Tickets to the most prestigious sports event of the year, which will be held for the seventh time in Baku, are on sale now. For more information on how to purchase tickets for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2023 please visit www.bakucitycircuit.com or local ticket sales points.
