"Volunteers are an integral part of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. This year, we have seen an increase in the number of applicants in a very short period. We are very pleased that the number of young people who are interested in volunteering is on the rise every year. Volunteering gives the youth a great experience and directly contributes to their future career. Next year, 1,500 volunteers are expected to be involved in the  Baku race." - said Irana Ahmadova, Head of the Human Resources and Workforce Department at Baku City Circuit Operations Company.

As the main criteria at the selection stage, preference will be given to candidates with high motivation, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as foreign language skills. After the registration of volunteers is completed, workshops and trainings will be organized by BCC in different fields, to boost their personal and professional development.
