Baku City Circuit (BCC) organizes a workshop for journalists on Formula 1 regulations

FORMULA 1 AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX

Baku City Circuit (BCC), in collaboration with Baku Marshals Club, organized a workshop for local media representatives on April 23. The main objective of the workshop was to inform the journalists about the general Formula 1 regulations, providing them with necessary practical and theoretical knowledge.

The workshop, organized in the Baku Marshals Training Baku center located in Baku European Games Park, included theoretical, as well as practical sessions followed by entertainment. The journalists got the chance to learn about Formula 1 cars, their technical specifications, race management in the theoretical session conducted by professional marshals and other important steps regarding F1 races. Additionally, they attended the Q&A session at the end of the workshop.

The practical session mainly focused on race management, and journalists got to see the real-time application of the race regulations along with some hands-on activities.

At the end of the event, Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF) organized a drift show with Volkicar automobiles and mini race simulations followed by a luxury car showcase.

The next Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will take place on June 10-12 of this year. The Baku race is the 8th round of the current Formula 1 season and is among the leading city races such as Monaco, Miami, and Singapore.
