Volunteers – an integral part of the success of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix

Once again this year, volunteers are playing a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of the race weekend by contributing across a wide range of areas – including media, accreditation, protocol, spectator services, safety, and more.

Among the selected volunteers are students, young professionals, and representatives of various fields. In addition to gaining international experience, they have the opportunity to embrace true team spirit and acquire valuable skills for their future careers.

For the past nine years, the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix has made a significant contribution to the development of thousands of young people and to the promotion of a culture of volunteering.

This year in Baku, thousands of volunteers are once again showing outstanding commitment. A total of 31,000 people registered to become volunteers, with 2,000 ultimately selected to participate in the organization of the race. This figure marks a record number of applications to date.
