As part of the 10th anniversary Azerbaijan Grand Prix, a special paddock tour was organised for young people with autism.
As part of a social inclusion initiative, participants had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the Formula 1 race weekend, explore the paddock and experience the unique atmosphere of the event up close.
During the visit, the young people toured the areas where Formula 1 teams operate, observed preparations for the race weekend and saw first-hand how the teams were getting ready for the main day of the Grand Prix.
“We would like to thank Baku City Circuit Operations Company for this wonderful opportunity. It was a very exciting and memorable experience for the young people to see the Formula 1 race up close, spend time in the paddock and experience this special atmosphere. Creating opportunities like this is very meaningful to us,” said the coordinator of the “Birgə və Sağlam” Public Union.
The initiative is part of Formula 1’s ongoing social responsibility activities aimed at promoting greater inclusion and participation.
