Baku City Circuit holds another practical training for marshals

The training that took place on May 21st was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (FHN).

The main goal of the training was to further enhance marshals’ race expertise in fire prevention and tackling risky consequences instantly when fire-related emergencies arise during F1 races.

Comprised of theoretical and practical sessions, the training was attended by 188 marshals with overall 64 officers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The qualified staff of the Academy made vital presentations to the participants to foster their fire safety knowledge, fire prevention and organizational skills in fire rescue operations. Furthermore, the trainees were also demonstrated the way special machinery and fire equipment are utilized in real-time in fire security and got to practice rescue operations with the help of visual learning resources.

The next Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be held on June 10-12 this year and 1400 marshals will support the F1 races in Baku.
