The Officials of Baku City Circuit shared their success stories

The executive director of the Operations Company Arif Rahimov, corporative director Elchin Safarov, head of human resources Irana Ahmadova, head of operations Chingiz Mehdiyev, head of venue delivery and facilities management Thomas Butcher shared their success stories at the event attended by the employees of the company, as well as, the volunteers and marshals of the 2016 GRAND PRIX OF EUROPE.

Executive director Arif Rahimov invited the participants to stay persistent in the pursuit of their goals: “Each of us continuously strives for greater accomplishments in life and career. Often, we witness how people around us are making high achievements and even going far beyond the expectations in sports, technology, education, medicine and other spheres. In fact, it is only a tip of the iceberg.

Many of us think they can also make such a great success. In reality, we are just keeping ourselves busy with dreaming, while other people actually strive for success with great determination. In other words, many are still building dreams, when others put in extra and well-timed efforts to reach their goals”.

In her speech Irana Ahmadova, Head of HR called on the young participants to be passionate: “Behind every great achievement there is a big dream. As many of you, I had big dreams when I was younger. Despite of all challenges I faced, I managed to achieve my goals.

Needless to say, everyone wants to be successful. But first of all you have to take action to achieve your goals. Do not think you will not achieve anything. Rather be proactive, be always passionate and you dreams will soon come true.” 

Head of Operations Department Chingiz Mehdiyev has stated that by taking part in the Grand Prix of Europe the young people have taken important step towards successful future: “Dear friends, be volunteer, become a marshal! This is the first step taken towards your successful future”.

Head of Venue Delivery Department Thomas Butcher spoke about the importance of learning from the mistakes made in the past: “Besides having a permanent job, I take part in an international charity group, which collects donations for people in need or having financial difficulties. So, I would recommend you to be a good listener for others, ask question and never be shy. Do not say “yes” just for sake of saying “yes”. No one is perfect; you will make mistakes throughout t your life. But the most important, is not to make the same mistake twice, and to draw the moral from your mistake”.

We would like to note that apart from the participants of BCC Volunteer Program, the representatives of ASAN Service and “One” Volunteer organization  have also greatly enjoyed the opportunity to participate in the event.
